In accordance with Florida Statute 166.0447, The City of Gainesville provides the following discounts on Sweetwater Wetlands Park entrance passes and admission fees to persons who present satisfactory written documentation that demonstrates their eligibility.

Active duty and veterans are eligible for a 50% discount on entrance passes and admission fees. Disabled veterans and family members of those who died in the line of duty are eligible for a free entrance pass.
